Volunteer Roster Update Form
Updates to regional management team and chapter advisory board rosters are made via this form.
When reporting the appointment of a volunteer to a position, the fraternity staff will be notified and the fraternity database will be updated.
Note that adding a volunteer to a position will not automatically remove the existing volunteer from that position. This should be done separately via this form.
With the exception of chapter advisory board (CAB) members, all reported volunteers will remain in the position until reported otherwise. Due to the nature of the position requirements, all CAB positions expire annually on June 30.
Once reported and processed, volunteers will receive:
– Access to ChapterSpot
– Access to discounted event registration rates where applicable
– Recognition at fraternity events
