Alumni Minimum Standards

It shall be the policy of Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity that all alumni chapters adhere to the minimum standards.

The alumni chapter annual report is designed to assess whether or not alumni chapters are meeting the organization’s minimum standards as required by the Board of Directors’ Statement of Policy.

Have 15 dues paying members. All members must be alumni, faculty or honorary members.

Submit any alumni chapter officer changes within seven days after elections to the Heritage Center.

Remit roster, contact information and the alumni chapter annual report form by May 15th.

Must remit franchise fee
annually by March 15th.

Chapters must hold activities at least four times annually.

Business meetings do not count toward event requirements.

Failure to adhere to these minimum standards as of June 30 each year is cause for an alumni chapter to be reviewed by the Board of Directors.

Please complete this report no later than May 15th.
